I can have dimsum at dinner time there which is quite happy for us. Even taste much better than I thought, but the deep fried pork ribs were a little bit salty. Sorry. Helpful waitress. Served Fast. Also they open late. Will visit again to try other dishes. Thanks

I was looking for dinner around 9 after the long drive from Dunedin. This was one of the few places staying open (they close at 1 in the morning). It doesn't look like much from the outside, but they were very welcoming, there was a nice buzz from the other diners - it was about 2/3 full.
It seems to be a good solid place - decent food, well priced and enough of it. I had the beef brisket and noodles - beef was tender, the veg had a good crunch to them, broth was lovely. The noodles were, I think, too soft - they offered no resistance.

delicious food!! size was pretty massive, we were there when they almost close, but they let us in and cook for us. very kind gesture. we ordered a bunch of food and couldn't finish it. the highlight is their congee, i really enjoy their century egg congee. full of eggs inside. their yumcha also very nice. i would recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of dining at Dragon Garden last night, and it was an unforgettable experience! The ambiance was warm and inviting, with traditional Chinese decor that set the tone for a fantastic meal.
The service was top-notch - our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. But the real star of the show was the food. We ordered Pork Siomay, beef Hao fen, Yang chouw fried rice, and every dish was expertly prepared and presented.
The flavors were bold and authentic, with just the right amount of spice. The portions were generous, and we left feeling satisfied but not stuffed.
Overall, I highly recommend to anyone craving delicious, authentic Chinese cuisine. We can't wait to go back and try more of the menu !
