indian-spice-restaurant-and-bar

quote I tried their veg samosa- very bland, veg jaypuri and chicken madras were average. But what stood out for me was the seekh kebab and the garlic naan The service and the chefs are quite friendly and nice. The only area for making progress is adding true Indian authenticity to the curries.

charitos-sushi

quote Nice new place but a bit chaotic. I went in and was overwhelmed with the huge menu. And all the photos of food that wasn't on the menu. Lots of ppl in the kitchen but only one knew the menu and could explain. Got my food to go, went to the park to eat...no cutlery. Food was good though. Could be a great little spot if they worked on the service.

quote Service was fast and efficient. Food was authentic and very delicious (which is saying a lot as we come from Vancouver where the Asian food is already top notch). We were definitely pleasantly surprised! Ordered the beef sizzling plate, vermicelli and hot pot. All were yummy and large portions. They even gave complimentary fruits.

fusion-of-flavours

quote A new must-try in Dunedin! We shared the lamb biryani and Tokri Chaat, and both were absolutely fantastic. The biryani was wonderfully aromatic and comforting, packed with flavour, while the Tokri Chaat was a perfect balance of textures and spices. Finished off with a refreshing mango lassi. Highly recommend—can’t wait for my next visit!

hashi-north

quote I recommend Hashi North Dunedin. The staff were very friendly, and the food was so good and cheap. Their sashimi is very fresh.
