We really enjoyed our meal. Affordable for sushi, very fresh seafood, good rice and decent soup. Interesting service…. little electric trains deliver the ordered dishes. Of course the sushi train is also in rotation with plenty of options. The table service is a little lacklustre. The bathrooms weren’t very pleasant but overall the food makes it a great place to stop for a sushi fix. Very much appreciate the chefs knife skills.

Great place to take the family!
So many great authentic Japanese food.
They have a bullet train that delivers the menu food to your table, which was a highlight!
Kids loved it, especially after coming back from Japan only a few weeks prior!

Recently, Edo Japanese Restaurant transitioned into a train sushi-style dining experience, and while this change adds a fun and interactive element, it’s the ramen, udon, and sashimi that truly shine. The ramen and udon are packed with flavor, offering hearty portions at a great value. Both noodles are cooked to perfection, and the broth is rich and comforting. As for the sashimi, the freshness is outstanding—large, generously cut portions that offer great value for the price. Whether you’re looking for a satisfying bowl of ramen or fresh sashimi, Edo has you covered. Highly recommended!

As of 2024, this restaurant has officially become a sushi train! They still have a few of their menu items from the previous menu so you can still order from there. I really love the atmosphere here and the food is good ! Worth visiting again after their recent developments.

Oh, wow! Their spicy Ramen is soooo good. Get the Fried Chicken and Takoyaki, too. The place is much bigger than when they were at K-Mart. The Staff are very helpful and polite. There are a lot of other foods to try. Reasonably priced and the servings are generous.❤❤❤❤❤
Update:The interior has changed since May 2024. The dry food is now being delivered to your table via Shinkansen Bullet train. AND they now sport a sushi train as well. Come and check them out!
