Fresh delicious fish. Supple. Overpriced though - $30 for three snapper and a handful of chips. The fillets were large as requested, but with the chips at $4.50 - that’s $8.50 each. Good service… fast. The batter was a little gluey and floury but overall not a bad feed.

Got a crumbed Snapper and chips. The fish was fresh, flaky and juicy. Crumb was nice and crunchy and so were the chips. $14 👍🏼 As I am a big eater will have to get extra’s next time. Would definitely recommend.

Decided to give it another try after more than a year. The place seems to have revitalised! Brighter and more items on offer. Also looks like it’s run by new family/owner. Tried the set E. Fish was plump and still juicy and a bigger portion than the last I tried. Their signature crunch is still there. The potato patties have also grown in size and even more crunchy than I remember. Definitely deserved to be a separate offering by itself. Even the chips seem much lighter and crunchier than last year! Kudos for making me look forward to revisit again.

I always reserve my opinion until at least the 2nd or 3rd visit and it did not disappoint. Good place for a nice burger or fish for takeaway. Consistent serving size, quality and taste from a nice family run business.
Atmosphere is irrelevant for a small takeaway.

Found this takeaway hidden in a carpark by countdown. Had fish, chips, mussel, and squid ring. Simply the best! Fish was a large piece, very thick. Chips were cooked perfectly. All the food was well strained, the wrapper was not greasy. Will be back again.
