A nice Turkish restaurant just on the corner behind queens street. There is ample seating space for indoor dining as well as some space for outdoor dining while sitting on the street. The menu is pretty large and enough vegetarian options are available in all types of pizzas, Turkish Pide, and sandwiches along with sandwiches. The Shwarmas and Pizza are really good. Staff is really nice and the service was very fast. Parking is a challenge around this area as it is on a busy junction, so you need to park a bit far for street parking or in a parking lot around the city center. Nice Halal place to grab a bit while roaming Auckland city center. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

Got the ready made vegetarian pizza for one (which I think cost NZD12.00). I needed a quick bite for lunch before my hair appointment so this was just what I was after. It came out nice and hot and I ate in. Staff member was polite. Good location. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. I'd like to try the shawarma next time so looking forward to it.

Definitely this place deserves more stars! Ordered chicken shawarma for lunch and chicken on rice for a colleague and they were absolutely yummy! The Turkish bread for the shawarma so tasty and the chicken so juicy! Service was fast and with a smile. Very satisfied with the whole experience

The falafel shawarma was excellent, really nicely done and seasoned, on request you can get some vegan or vegetarian sauces. Unfortunately it’s quite expensive for the size of portions. Service is also bit rusty and seems to be unmotivated. You have an option to sit either inside or outside on traditional Turkish carpet style seats. Place looks and feels quite authentic and is overall nice option for Turkish food in city.
