Good food good price I stumbled across Bamboe on a Sunday and was very pleased that they have no weekend surcharge. Lucky for us, it wasn’t crowded and there was enough space. There were a wide variety of authentic dishes and the portions were good for the price. Moreover, the staff was super friendly to us. I will definitely recommend everyone to have a go here if you visit Camberwell, especially after your shopping at the Sunday market.

3.6 - Got a Ghost Curry and some Fish Cakes over Menulog for around $50. It arrived mildly warm, which made me not appreciate the Curry (but it was good when I heated it up in the saucepan the next day. Just a bit small). The rice was gluggy but there was a good deal on the fish cakes so it made up for the quality slightly. Judging by the overall score, maybe the dine-in experience is much better!

Great and Affordable Authentic Indonesian Food I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The Bubur Ayam was delicious, though I would have preferred it with a bit less salt. The lamb satay was tender and juicy, and all the other dishes were equally tasty. The owner was also very courteous, adding to the pleasant dining experience.
