Xinjiang cuisine reflects the cooking styles of many ethnic groups of the Xinjiang region and refers particularly to Uyghur cuisine. Signature ingredients include roasted mutton, kebabs, roasted fish and rice. Because of the Muslim population, the food is predominantly halal. A common Uyghur dish is laghman or leghmen, a noodle dish thought to have originated from the Chinese lamian.

quote Easily one of the best food I've eaten in Perth! I tried three different type of meat, and they were all so soft, fresh and flavorful. I am also a fan of the carrot rice that comes with meat. It was an amazing meal overall. Also, if you like spicy they have different levels of spiciness which I loved. I also loved the small dishes and the bread. Definitely coming back to try more!

quote The volume of the dishes is definitely fine. See my hand with the large-size “da pan ji”. However, the lamb kabobs are quite soft inside, stewed them baked as I presume. So does the chicken.
