As much as we love bal ganga, one thing this place lacks is consistency. We ordered momos (delicious btw) two times in 2 weeks. First time when the owner was there, the order was good. The second time we went, the order wasn’t complete.
Momos were carelessly thrown in the container, there was no sauce with it or the special powder/masala was missing.

My partner recommended this restaurant for its dry noodles with peanut sauce, so we decided to visit for dinner on Sunday.
We ordered the dry noodles with peanut sauce and dumplings (dandan noodles), kkwobarou, and shrimp fried rice.
The noodles were delicious as expected! The peanut sauce paired perfectly with the dumplings. We loved it.
The fried rice was quite good and generously portioned.
Lastly, the kkwobarou, fried with a layer of glutinous rice, was incredibly tasty and sweet. I really enjoyed it!
Overall, we had a great dinner here and this place is highly recommended.

Ordered wonton noodle soup for $12 at midday. No other customer. Service was quick but the soup didn't have garnish or vegetables. But the soup was great

One of the best cheap eats I know, epic dumplings and noodles. My go too is N8 with extra vege. This place has become a once a week stop for me. Well done Ace, you’re Ace 🙌

I love this place—Dumpling House. After one year and eight months as a regular customer, today was our last meal here. These are the best dumplings I have ever eaten, and as a world traveler, I can confidently say I’ve tried many. The place is small, but the portions are big and delicious. It’s my favorite spot in Auckland, and I will miss it dearly. My favorite has always been the pork and chive steamed dumplings. You get 16 large, tasty dumplings for just $20. It’s a family business, and the owner, along with his family, provides lovely service. While you don’t often have to wait, when it does get busy, it’s worth it because they make everything fresh, not from frozen. The food is consistently delicious, and we’ve always received excellent service. I rate it the best dumpling shop ever, anywhere. Thank you to the owner and his lovely daughter for taking care of us for almost two years and for the wonderful food they served us.

I'm lucky this is next to my work. It's a quiet place run by two fantastic chefs. For the spicy lovers try the beef noodle bowl. But the classic I get every week, is the pork and bean noodle, with the spicy dumplings
