Nice cafe. The apple pie was bursting with fresh apple flavor, and the coffee was rich and perfectly brewed. The combination of the apple pie and coffee was absolutely perfect😆

I love this place :) It is a great spot for students to study, with very affordable prices and a nice atmosphere. The bubble addition is also really cool. The owners and staff are also really nice, love this place!

So far I have tried the normal pearls milk tea and the brown sugar fresh milk. I usually ordered 30% sugar (lowest) for bubble tea drinks and Cha dam has adjusted the perfect sugar level in my taste. What impressed me the most was how they allows you to adjust sugar level in brown sugar fresh milk where most of the bubble tea shops locked in the sugar levels which's fair to maintain the product quality but sometimes it's too sweat for me. To be fair, pearls milk tea is quite standard and similar nowadays, I haven't tried other products from here but for Brown Sugar Fresh Milk, I would go to Cha Dam.
