During our holiday visit to Tauranga for a few days, my son was craving authentic Chinese food. We stumbled upon this gem and were thrilled with our find. The food is truly authentic and absolutely delicious.
The lady who served us was very nice and gave excellent recommendations. We enjoyed our meal so much that we went back two days in a row!
Overall, if you're looking for a great authentic Chinese dining experience in Tauranga, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended.

First time customer and will return.
The lady was very welcoming and courteous. She catered to my needs and took the time to show interest in my journey to her venue. Which isn't a common occurrence in Chinese restaurants; usually you're in & out in a flash as the staff are ultra busy, but here it was a refreshing change. My food was delicious, will definitely order again, however I'll be requesting more veggies next time as this left me wanting more.

The food was okay pretty good. The atmosphere and service were bizarre. The owner and a couple of customers were singing karaoke and they were LOUD and couldn't sing. As one of the customers left he told us good luck as they'd been singing for a while. Thankfully they quit when our food arrived or we'd have asked for them to pack it up, so loud.

Amazing food, better than most Auckland restaurants and they do dim sum at night. All the food came out hot, everything was well seasoned. Bok choy was especially delicious, the roast pork and roast duck was incredible. The lady who served us was crack up and very helpful. If you are stuck up, snobby, or serious maybe don't come here, but if you love good food and a bit of banter this is the spot.
