Had an amazing meal at Mr. Ji’s! Tried the schezwan lamb, salt n pepper squid, spicy garlic eggplant, and the sizzling tofu - all of them were incredibly flavourful but the sizzling tofu was definitely a personal favourite! A must try for sure, and very reasonably priced for the portions! And our server Vicky was amazing, very helpful at recommending dishes 👏🏽

If you’re in Wellington and craving some killer Guo Bao Rou, you’ve got to check this place out. The pork is super crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and smothered in a sweet, tangy sauce that really hits the spot. They top it off with fresh cilantro and spring onions for that extra pop of flavor.
The portions are huge, and the vibe is totally laid-back, so it’s a great spot for a casual bite. Honestly, if you’re into crispy, sweet and sour pork, this is the place to go in Wellington. Definitely worth a try!

What an amazing place to stop and eat. They kindly stayed open for us, and were so very accommodating, the food came out and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.
We had left overs which they kindly brought us overs back to the hotel with us (which let's be honest was easy to do). Their home made satay sauce is out of this world, they even gave us a small container of it bring away with us)
I HUGLY RECOMMEND this restaurant to everyone
