Mt Albert Dumpling House

The dumplings and soup were both delicious, the atmosphere was warm and busy but not too loud and the service and staff were super friendly and helpful. Above all, you'd struggle to find better value for money anywhere in the country. Do not miss this place. Solid 10/10

We've just moved to the neighbourhood and decided to check out Dumpling House, my partner and I tired and hungry from cleaning and moving. The welcome was warm and friendly, the beer cold, and the food excellent. We had shredded pork in fish sauce over noodles, and pork mince and pickled cabbage dumplings in a spicy sauce. Good lord, it was delicious and plentiful. We slurped down the noodles and finished all the dumplings. We've had some pretty mediocre Chinese food from another place, and we've had some very good South East Asian "fusion" food from two or three other places, but it's nice to find a spot that serves excellent food straight up. We will definitely be back to explore the menu.

Such amazing food. Had the best cumin lamb I’ve ever tried and it had lovely fresh veges with it. The chicken and corn soup hot and tasty. The kids loved the Xiao Long Bao and dumplings, exclaiming “These guys are real chefs!” and “These chefs make great food”. Amazing customer service, so friendly. Highly recommend for a fun and tasty family dinner. We will be back soon!

My FAVOURITE dumplings!!! I would travel all the from south Auckland for these dumplings. I usually order online and I love the communications. It says when it’ll be ready and when it is actually ready for pick up. I love the garlic soya sauce. I always order extra 2. Is so yuuum! I order atleast once a week, so yummy my absolute favourite

The food is so comforting, consistent, generous and the restaurant is super clean compared to many Chinese eateries. My family's favorite are the beef noodle soup, soup dumplings and crispy sliced pork.
