维吾尔族美食

Xinjiang cuisine reflects the cooking styles of many ethnic groups of the Xinjiang region and refers particularly to Uyghur cuisine. Signature ingredients include roasted mutton, kebabs, roasted fish and rice. Because of the Muslim population, the food is predominantly halal. A common Uyghur dish is laghman or leghmen, a noodle dish thought to have originated from the Chinese lamian.

quote gorgeous place with extremely efficient and amiable staff, though there is no way u could get in w/out a booking! it was busy but not squashed - overall had a lively and buzzing atmosphere ! we ordered: - the humus dip with bread - kurgak korma - triple mix kebab plate the perfect amount fr the 3 of us. asked the waiter about any nuts (one of us has an allergy) and they checked and responded super quickly and handled it fabulously. a bit pricey but understandable given the quality of everything - food, setting, efficiency, atmosphere and staff ! definitely coming back !!

quote The volume of the dishes is definitely fine. See my hand with the large-size “da pan ji”. However, the lamb kabobs are quite soft inside, stewed them baked as I presume. So does the chicken.

quote This place serves nice Uyghur food. The big-plate chicken, which is one of the signature dishes, was very authentic and delicious. However when I was dining there, there were some yelling from one staff member to other staff, which was really, really loud.
