We’re from Auckland, visiting Hamilton. We were absolutely delighted by our experience at Penang Street Food. If you’re looking for authentic Malaysian cuisine, I highly recommend this place! The food is fantastic, the staff is incredibly friendly, and there are plenty of off-street parking options. They also offer VIP rooms, perfect for group gatherings or a more private dining experience. Definitely a must-visit!

We loved the food, even though it was not spicy for me, but chilli was available. The customer service was great. The food came out in no time. We were greeted well and given a glass of water and some papadoms. There was plenty of street parking available. During the night you don't have to pay for parking .... We spent nearly an hour before we left.

We had wat tan hor and chicken curry noodle. The wat tan hor is good but the curry noodle is slightly below expectation. The noodle doesn't taste like the yellow noodle (a bit too soggy). Was served prawn cracker as free appetizer. The service was excellent and friendly. The atmosphere was wonderful.

Im so glad i found this Gem! We celebrated our son’s baptism and birthday here. They have accomodated us excellently . 40 people and the food was so generous. Alot of my visitors had positive comments about the food and was able to take some food at home ! The service was warm and welcoming specially the Mr. Who i arranged this with! Happy customer here! Would definetely recommend to my friends!

Authentic Malaysian food.. Not a flash restaurant but the food is the star of the show.. Loved the signature dish, Char Kway Teow... Tasty.. Would definitely go back.
