By far the best sushi, period. The pick-your-own sushi is a dangerous game. Be careful or you won't be able to eat it all! Except you will because it tastes so damn good. Salmon is fresh as, and the deep fried vege rice ball was my favourite

Standard sushi and prices. Acceptable. Prices range from 1.8$ to 3.6$. 14.30 for salmon + teriyaki. (8 pieces)

Self serve sushi restaurant. Decently priced, free wasabi and ginger at the cashier. The sushi was too sweet for my taste, but it's Americanized sushi so the sweetness is normal. Seating is fairly limited but you have the option of taking the food away in a plastic container. Everything is disposable except for the plates.

Fantastic selection of sushi, both hot and cold. Labelled well and presented beautifully. Self service was great and staff were friendly and welcoming. Lovely place to eat. Clean and tidy shop. Definitely will be back when we pass through Taupo again.

I'm not a sushi lover at all, but my lunch at this place changed my mind. I actually went to Thai restaurant but decided to give sushi a chance and, omg, it was one of the best decisions of the day😂 So many options to choose,veges, chiken, calamari, just impressing size, price and taste🤤I guess everyone can find something. I don't like a dry seaweed taste, but I still could enjoy niguiri, fried fish balls and bbq tuna sushi, highly recommended this place👌the queue was endless during lunch time, so be ready to wait a bit👌😊😊
